Tal, Oren, and Alon Alexander, once New York and Miami’s real estate kings, now face a trial that lays bare their alleged monstrous acts. Arrested on October 9, 2024, on federal sex trafficking charges, the brothers are accused of drugging, raping, and filming dozens of women over a decade, using their firm, Official, to lure victims with promises of wealth. Graphic accounts of violent assaults, forced sex, and chemical torture have stunned the public. As their trial unfolds in May 2025, this article details their crimes, rise, and the latest courtroom battles, exposing a chilling abuse of power.
The Alexander Empire’s Ascent

Born into Miami’s elite—Tal (1995), Oren (1994), and Alon (1994)—the brothers studied at NYU (Tal) and the University of Miami (Oren, Alon), then conquered luxury real estate. Their firm, Official, co-founded by Tal and Oren, brokered $1 billion in deals by 2024, selling penthouses to Jay-Z and Middle Eastern royalty. Jet-setting between Miami Beach mansions and New York lofts, they partied with celebrities at Art Basel and Formula 1, their Instagram feeds flaunting yachts and VIP nights. Their charm and wealth masked a sinister side, revealed when 2024 lawsuits exposed their alleged predatory core.
Horrific Crimes Alleged

Civil lawsuits filed in 2024 under New York’s Adult Survivors Act accused the brothers of heinous assaults. Rebecca Mandel alleged that in 2010, Tal pinned her to a bed at a SoHo party, raping her vaginally and anally as she screamed, her drink spiked with GHB, leaving her unconscious with semen on her face. Kate Whiteman claimed Oren and Alon in 2020 choked her until she blacked out, forcing oral sex while Alon ejaculated on her chest, her body bruised for weeks. Angelica Parker accused all three of gang-raping her in 2014, one Tal sodomizing her as she bled, another filming her tears. Over 200 women sued, alleging “rape parties” from 2010–2021 where victims, drugged with ketamine and GHB, were penetrated repeatedly, some waking to find their vaginas torn and mouths bleeding.
Victims, often in their 20s, were lured via Instagram DMs promising modeling gigs or real estate jobs, only to be drugged and assaulted at the brothers’ properties. Some reported anal fissures and herpes infections; others found videos of their rapes on porn sites. Attorneys Caroline Ingalls and Evan Tills reported 250+ claims, including 20 involving minors as young as 12, forced into prostitution.
Federal Charges and Arrests

On October 9, 2024, the FBI arrested the brothers in Manhattan, charging them with sex trafficking conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and racketeering. The 2023–2024 indictment alleged they ran a trafficking ring, using Official’s funds to lure women via Tinder, Bumble, drugging them with GHB-laced cocaine, and raping them at “freak-off” events. Oren scouted victims, Alon supplied drugs, and Tal executed assaults, often breaking victims’ ribs or noses. Videos seized in raids showed women unconscious, one with a cigarette burn on her thighs, another with Alon urinating on her mouth during a 2020 rape. Burner phones and GHB vials were found.
The brothers pleaded guilty, but bail was denied due to their wealth, Oren’s Israeli citizenship, and Tal’s alleged threats to victims, including a recorded call vowing to “gut” a complainant. They’re detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where Tal reportedly contracted a foot infection.
Trial Developments: May 2025

The trial, underway since October 7, 2024, in Manhattan, reveals gruesome details. As of May 5, 2025:
- Victim Testimony: 25 women, including Mandel, described Tal biting their genitals during rapes, leaving scars, and Oren forcing a glass dildo into one’s rectum, causing internal lacerations. Jane Roe woke in 2015 naked, her anus bleeding, with Alon’s semen on her back.
- Digital Evidence: Videos showed Oren raping a unconscious women, one with a knife pressed to her throat, and Alon whipping a drugged teen’s breasts. Texts included Tal writing, “Need tight pussy tonight—dose her good.” A May 30, 2025, forensic report confirmed GHB in victims’ blood.
- Witness Accounts: A former Official assistant saw Alon inject ketamine into a woman’s neck in 2019, her body convulsing. A party DJ recalled Tal bragging about “breaking virgins.” Two new cooperating promoters, set to testify per a May 30 filing, allegedly supplied underage girls.
- Defense Strategy: Dechert LLP claims consensual sex, alleging victims sought luxury perks. They’ve challenged video authenticity, but Judge Rakoff upheld their use on May 3, 2025.
- Civil Lawsuits: 75 suits active by May 15, 2025, with 25 new plaintiffs, some minors raped at age 6. Victims are aiding prosecutors.
- Trial Progress: The eight-week trial may end by late June 2025. A May 30, 2025, X post by @CourtTV noted a new video of Alon raping a 12-year-old boy.
Stakes: A Collapsed Dynasty

Conviction could mean life imprisonment for trafficking, 15 years for racketeering. Official is bankrupt, its assets frozen, and clients like Douglas Elliman gone. The brothers’ social circle—Kanye West, Leonardo DiCaprio—has disavowed them, with X posts calling them “predators.” Lawsuits target their mother, Ruth Alexander’s trusts. The prosecution’s videos and 200+ victim accounts are formidable, while the defense falters. More defendants, like Official’s CFO, may face charges, per Williams’ ongoing probe.
A Systemic Exposé
The Alexanders’ crimes, like Combs’, reveal how wealth shields predators. Victims’ bravery, empowered by #MeToo, demands justice for a system that enabled rape and trafficking. The trial’s outcome will redefine elite accountability. Updates will track this seismic case.
